Access and deletion under the GDPR
Data subjects may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and object to processing (Art. 15–21 GDPR). An informal message to info@agenturonfleek.com is sufficient; we handle it within the statutory deadline. To help us identify the record, please name the company concerned and, if the request is about a connected account, the platform and the account name.
If a connected Meta account withdraws the permission in its account settings or requests data deletion there, the application removes the stored access data automatically and drops the connection. Which data is processed, how long it is kept, who the controller is and which supervisory authority is responsible are all set out in the privacy policy.
Accounts are set up for you
There is no open self-registration: no account can be created on the website, and the sign-in page only lets existing accounts into the application. Accounts are created by the on fleek team — for its own staff and for the named contacts at the companies we look after. Every client account sees that one company and nothing else.
If your company would like to work with us, or if another contact person should get their own access and with it their own right to approve posts, write to us — we will set it up.
